Items are processed and made within 7-10 business days after your order is placed and prior to being delivered to the courier utilized. Processing time does not include shipping time, which is separate.
Orders are shipped via USPS. Standard first class delivery time can range anywhere from 3-5 days. Please understand that shipping delays could occur which is not controlled by us, nor are we responsible. We hope that delays never occur and you receive packages in a timely fashion.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number and you can contact the courier directly for any needed updates or other concerns, as well as track your package.
