Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 7-10 business days after your order is placed online. Processing time does not include shipping time, which is separate. During holidays or times of high demand, orders may take longer to process and ship.  

Orders are shipped via USPS.  Standard delivery time can range anywhere from 3-4 days (or longer) depending on delivery destination. Please understand that shipping delays could occur which is not controlled by us, nor are we responsible. Please also understand that once a package has been handed over to a courier for delivery, we have no control over delivery and timing is subject to change per courier. We hope that delays never occur, and you receive packages in a timely fashion.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.  You can contact the courier directly for any needed updates or other concerns, as well as track your package.  

Lost or stolen Packages

Creation Awaits For You is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If you have not received your items due to any circumstance, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim.  Once the package has been delivered by the shipping courier, the risk of damage, or loss of the item is the responsibility of the recipient and you agree not to hold Creations Awaits for You liable. Creations Awaits for you is not responsible for stolen or lost packages that have been delivered.
