We have a no refund policy and all sales are final. If there are ever any issues with your order, please contact us to discuss the matter and come to a resolution. Thank You
All items are ineligible for return or exchange. We are not responsible for customer selection of the wrong size or color.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. If the item is defective, we must be notified within 3 days of receipt. We may request pictures and the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. We are not responsible for any damages or losses once your package has been turned over to the mailing courier. You will need to file a claim with the courier for any damages or losses. Please contact the courier company for details on how to file a claim or report issues.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All items are non returnable.
Exchanges
No exchanges will be granted. Please make sure that you are ordering the correct item, size, and color.
Refunds
All sales are final and no refunds will be granted.
Cancellations
We cannot change, make price adjustments, or cancel an order once it has been submitted. Should a customer fail to give the correct address, subsidiaries, or delivery service, Creation Awaits For You, LLC shall in no way be liable or required to issue a refund or resend the package. In the event that the package is resent due to customer error in providing a correct address, the customer will be responsible for all costs to reship the item. Thank you for your cooperation.
